RETURN POLICY

We will try to make this as simple as possible so if in doubt please don’t hesitate to contact us – we are humans after all and not robots.
We hope you'll be very happy with any items bought from us and we go to great lengths to describe each piece properly on our website. Please note that as most of our items are handmade, there might be some variation in the finish and/or colour. Please read product descriptions and assess photos carefully – we are always happy to send on further imagery of product if required.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. You can do this by contacting us by email at info@thinline.ie. Your refund will be paid within 30 days, upon receipt of returned goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, we advise you take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival. In this instance, we will cover the shipping costs.

All items must be returned in the original packaging and condition they were sent in — otherwise a full exchange / refund will not be possible.

We can not offer refund or exchange for personalised or commissioned pieces.

Damaged goods: Please ensure that you open your order upon arrival and check for damage. We need to be informed of any issues within 24 hours of you receiving your order.
